Paid Search Manager

Location: Round Rock, TX – Onsite (5 days a week)

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize paid search campaigns to meet KPIs and business objectives.

Supervise a team of paid search specialists to ensure operational rigor, budget pacing, and campaign quality.

Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective ads.

Monitor campaign performance data, ensure compliance with ad copy standards, and recommend continuous improvements.

Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting processes to deliver maximum efficiency.

Stay updated on SEM trends and best practices, applying them to daily operations.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

10+ years of experience in Paid Media.

Solid professional experience in search engine marketing, with expertise across platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives, including operational oversight and reporting.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $148,750 – $192,500.
