As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team by providing excellent patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facilities. With a competitive salary range of $96,000 – $105,000 annually, we provide a supportive and enriching workplace for our staff.

Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care

Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations

Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation

Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients

Coordinate with other healthcare staff to facilitate effective communication

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Educate patients on procedures and care instructions

Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and care

Willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare practices

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
