We are seeking a PPC Specialist who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about performance marketing. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Working closely with the PPC Manager, intake team, and external lead vendors, you’ll play a vital role in improving lead quality and campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, launching, and managing paid media campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube

Conduct keyword research, write engaging ad copy, and align creative with optimized landing pages to drive conversions

Support campaign structure development, testing variations (A/B), and applying automation rules to boost performance

Track lead flow and monitor the quality of leads across platforms

Collaborate with the intake team to identify trends and recommend improvements to lead targeting and ad strategies

Support team in prepare weekly and monthly reports showing campaign performance and lead quality metrics

Organize and analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel

Participate in internal marketing meetings, share ideas, and contribute to team projects or research

Support external lead generation partners by coordinating assets, sharing feedback, and tracking lead results

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing or assisting with Google Ads campaigns

Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel)

Familiarity with landing page testing tools (Unbounce, VWO, etc.) and CRM tracking

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Google Ads certification (preferred)
