Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing social media channels, driving audience growth, and contributing to overall brand visibility and engagement.
The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with analytical insight, and has a demonstrated ability to translate social media efforts into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives

• Manage and maintain active presence across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content that reflects brand positioning

• Monitor and engage with online communities, including responding to comments and direct messages

• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives

• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or customer engagement

• Demonstrated track record of successfully growing social media presence and engagement

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Wellness, Oral Care, Health & Beauty, or related consumer product industries

• Familiarity with eCommerce environments, including Shopify and/or Amazon

• Experience working with influencer partnerships and user-generated content strategies
