A day in the life
The Paid Media Senior Strategist owns the execution, performance, and growth of our Paid Media service within their book of business. They manage the most complex, enterprise‑level accounts and are highly regarded for mastery over Paid Media advertising, cross‑channel strategy, and client communication.
Responsibilities
Enterprise‑level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high‑level strategy ownership
Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data and client‑specific source of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify)
Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
Maintain frequent, excellent communication internally and with assigned clients
Utilize AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible
Participate in developing new department training materials
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements
4‑5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting
Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing
Experience with campaign development and optimization on large, enterprise‑level accounts, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
Significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following additional types:
Performance Max
Standard Shopping
YouTube Ads
Display Advertising
Local campaigns
Bing Ads
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed and learn independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a long‑lasting relationship with a growing company

$13.5k team‑member EBITDA
Maintain below 10% client churn rate
Manage 4‑6 accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency)
