The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for improving acquisition efficiency and conversion performance across BisectHosting’s funnels. This role owns experimentation, analytics integrity, attribution clarity, and funnel optimization. They design and execute structured experiments, use SEO and paid search as primary acquisition levers, and proactively surface performance insights to leadership.

Paid Parental leave

Minimum Qualifications 4+ years experience in performance marketing or growth

Demonstrated ownership of CRO initiatives

Experience managing paid search campaigns

Strong understanding of analytics and attribution systems

Ability to design and document experiments

Preferred Qualifications Experience in hosting, SaaS, or subscription businesses

Advanced analytics implementation experience

Experience collaborating with developers on tracking and testing

Familiarity with SQL or advanced analytics tools
