Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will develop high-impact, brand-consistent content and sales materials to drive revenue growth, client engagement, and market visibility. This role bridges content marketing, sales enablement, and commercial execution, translating IMPACT Group's value proposition into compelling materials across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, presentations).

Support RFP responses and proposals to drive growth and improve quality/speed.

Create polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, webinars, and training.

Write and edit content for website copy, blogs, email campaigns, and executive communications.

Manage content planning and editorial calendar execution.

Ghostwrite thought leadership content for executives and subject matter experts.

Develop customer stories, testimonials, and case studies through interviews.

Create scripts and messaging for video and multimedia content.

Write and support execution of email communications for prospecting, nurturing, and client engagement.

Collaborate on audience segmentation and messaging alignment.

Support website content updates and enhancements.

Promote and distribute content across digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn).

Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all materials.

Utilize AI tools and automation to improve content development, personalization, and efficiency.

Apply performance insights to refine messaging and content effectiveness.

Conduct market and competitive research.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, B2B marketing, or a related role.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Experience developing client-facing materials (presentations, case studies, proposals).

Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite).

Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Experience supporting email marketing and digital content execution.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting RFP development and proposal writing.

Experience in B2B services, HR services, coaching, talent, relocation, or professional services.

Experience with website content management systems.

Familiarity with social content promotion and distribution.

Comfort using AI tools for content creation and workflow improvement.
