Hands-on experience managing logistics and event execution.

Proficient with Google Suite and Excel.

Experience with Salesforce and Asana.

Bonus : Familiarity with Swoogo or RainFocus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with a professional and resourceful mindset.

Comfortable working as a contractor in a fast-moving team environment.

Willing to travel when needed for on-site event support.

Responsibilities: Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Provide accurate timelines, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.

Support event planning with checklists, templates, and tools.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners for successful event delivery.

Contribute to creating polished and professional experiences for executive-level attendees.
