Delaware North is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialistto join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you willbe responsible for owning the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns for assigned stakeholder groups. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $69,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

Lead the creation, execution, and deployment of promotional and lifecycle email campaigns

Partner with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to define goals, messaging, and timelines

Manage email calendars and project manage assigned email initiativesDevelop and maintain audience segments and targeting strategies

Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests and translate results into optimization recommendations

Produce performance reports, document learnings and best practices, and contribute to SOP development and compliance

More about you

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in email or CRM marketing

Hands‑on experience with SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable ESPs

Working knowledge of HTML and email rendering best practices

Entry‑level to advanced AMPScript skills area plus

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
