The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, track, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Activities
Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness, preference and conversion for a new wellness brand in the Beauty/Medical space.
Execute performance-driven campaigns and manage key digital channels to support brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable business results.
Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including Meta, Google, and other social media, including website/landing pages.
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns.
Manage and optimise digital customer touchpoints, including website content, landing pages, email flows, and campaign assets.
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and engagement, and recommend optimisation actions.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including product, medical, regulatory, design, and sales, to ensure aligned campaign execution.
Manage communication with external partners such as creative agencies, media vendors, and freelancers
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to inform digital strategy and campaign planning.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights on channel effectiveness, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Educations & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance or growth marketing.
Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM/email tools, or similar platforms.
