The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with advanced digital tools, including Artificial Intelligence technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesTender management Preparation, collection, and organization of technical and administrative documentation Coordination with internal teams for the development of required content Monitoring of deadlines and verification of document complianceMarketing materials Updating and managing technical documentation to support tender submissions Managing and preparing product-specific documentation Acting as an interface with the Tender Office, Product Managers, and Area Managers Supporting the management of marketing materials—assessing existing materials and identifying potential improvements—through ongoing collaboration with the Marketing Communication team and international marketingEvent support Supporting the logistical and operational organization of congresses, events, and company meetings Supporting the management of materials and communications before and after events Supporting planning activities and follow-upSupport to the Marketing Manager Planning and monitoring marketing activities Operational management of projects and deadlines Basic reporting and analysis of completed activitiesRequired Skills Previous experience in similar roles (operational marketing, tender management, or project support) is preferred Excellent organizational and priority management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamTechnical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with particular focus on PowerPoint and Excel) Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CMS, email marketing, social media) Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g. for content creation, automation, data analysis)Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in tender management will be considered a plus Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) Good command of the English languageSoft Skills Proactivity and problem-solving mindset Flexibility and adaptability Ability to multitask* Goal-oriented approachEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.The role offers the possibility of remote work under a smart working arrangement for approximately70% of the time.
