Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the pet industry, offering premium food, supplements, and wellness products for dogs and cats.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the company’s performance marketing and growth strategy across channels.

This is a strategic and hands-on hybrid role where you will define strategy, work closely with external partners (agencies and AI tools), ensure execution quality, and drive performance through data and insights.

You won’t be the one executing every campaign, but you must understand the channels deeply enough to guide, challenge, and optimize them.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Channel Ownership

Own the strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.)

Work closely with external agencies, providing direction and feedback

Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and messaging

Ask the right questions and challenge performance when needed

Amazon & Marketplace

Oversee Amazon strategy and performance

Work with AI-driven tools to optimize campaigns

Ensure listings, creatives, and messaging are aligned with growth goals

Full-Funnel Strategy & Optimization

Understand and optimize the full customer journey

Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention

Propose and lead testing initiatives (creative, audiences, messaging)

Analytics & Insights

Analyze performance using tools like GA4 and Google Search Console

Translate data into actionable insights

Identify what’s working, what’s not, and why

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

4–6+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing

Advanced Level of English

Experience with Amazon or marketplaces

Background in DTC or e-commerce

Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google)

Experience working with agencies or external partners

Solid analytical skills (GA4, reporting, performance metrics)

Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy
