In this role, you’ll serve as a hands‑on expert in CRM‑driven and email marketing, leading the execution and optimization of targeted campaigns and automated journeys that support enterprise‑wide marketing strategies. You’ll translate high‑level strategy into precise, data‑informed communications – leveraging audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to deliver the right message at the right time. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve engagement, while ensuring all initiatives align with data governance, privacy, and consent standards. Hybrid work model: requirement of on‑site presence 2–3 days a week, with remote work on remaining days. Main Responsibilities
Execute and optimize CRM‑driven marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on email and automated journeys.
Partner with consultants and strategists to translate campaign objectives into effective CRM executions.
Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to improve deliverability, open rates, click‑through rates, and overall engagement.
Ensure CRM and email practices align with privacy, consent, and data governance standards.
Develop landing page content in collaboration with digital strategy and service line marketing team members.
Other Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution
Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans and message strategy for divisions/programs under direction; apply subject matter expertise across all projects.
Lead M&C teams to execute marketing activities, including direct marketing, digital content development, digital marketing, and advertising; employ project management techniques to complete projects on schedule and on budget; manage projects to support senior marketing team members as needed.
Strategic Consultation
Provide consultation for divisions and programs, recommend appropriate M&C strategies and tactics to support goals; solve problems proactively; provide marketing and communications counsel; identify needs for marketing research and project manage research with supervisory direction; provide subject matter expertise across projects.
Relationship Management
Client relationship manager for multiple programs; manage expectations, identify potential issues; identify when appropriate to escalated issues up the chain of command; communicate project status and results to manager and clients; develop maintain relationships with internal clients, M&C team and strategy growth colleagues; work with internal and external agency partners, vendors and freelancers to complete projects.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar enterprise tools).
Experience with A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and list hygiene.
Detail‑oriented with strong QA and testing discipline.
Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.
