Fischetti Law Group, a fast-growing Personal Injury and Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and community outreach efforts. This is a full-time, in-office position working directly with our Management team to expand our brand and grow our client base.

What You’ll Do

Plan, manage, and create content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

Keep attorneys’ LinkedIn accounts active and up to date with engaging and relevant posts.

Manage and engage with followers across all social media platforms to build community and drive brand awareness.

Create and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social posts, and events.

Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots for attorneys, staff, and firm events.

Design and distribute engaging monthly newsletters.

Purchase, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.

Maintain and update the firm’s blog and SEO strategies.

Purchase, monitor, and optimize Google LSA Ads to maximize ROI.

Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns.

Create monthly newsletter to be sent to our list of current and potential clients.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and engagement strategies.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Comfortable networking and representing the firm at community events.
