We’re partnering with a growing financial services organization that is building and scaling a direct mail program focused on business lending products. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to own direct mail strategy and execution end-to-end and help shape how the channel evolves.
What You’ll Do
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives targeting existing/known customers
Manage relationships with list providers, data vendors, and mail houses
Build and execute test-and-learn frameworks across audience, offer, creative, and timing
Optimize campaign performance and budget allocation across large-scale mail drops
Partner with analytics, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are effective and compliant
Identify opportunities to improve process, tooling, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in direct mail or performance marketing (strong preference for direct mail ownership)
Proven experience with lifecycle campaigns targeting known customers
Strong understanding of direct mail attribution, ROI, and performance measurement
Experience working with mail houses, list providers, and data vendors
Hands-on experience with test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation, targeting)
Experience managing budgets and scaling campaign volume
Background in financial services, lending, or fintech (business loans preferred)
Familiarity with compliance/regulatory considerations is a plus
