Assistant Manager, Digital Advertising
The Assistant Manager, Digital Advertising at Lee Kum Kee is responsible for executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in social media advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, retailer‑specific search ad and email marketing. The ideal candidate will focus on conversion optimization, audience targeting, and bid strategy management, under supervision of the manager, to drive cost‑effective acquisitions and maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, this role will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align media efforts with business objectives and meet key result areas (KRAs).
Essential Functions
Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
Manage Google Ads campaigns (PMax, Display, Search) with different bid strategies to minimize CPA while maximizing performance and return on investment.
Develop and execute website SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) strategies using Google Search Console and Google Analytics to improve organic visibility, search performance, and AI‑driven discovery across search platforms.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including automation flows and segmentation strategies to grow and maintain an engaged subscriber base.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Leverage full‑funnel marketing approaches to optimize audience targeting and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective.
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to align media strategies with business goals while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in media buying and digital advertising.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms.
Strong understanding of bid strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting techniques.
Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
Ability to leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to optimize performance.
Strong communication and organizational skills to work with various stakeholders.
Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.
Prior experience in the food industry is a plus.
