LGI Homes is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Paid Search Marketing Specialist supports the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns in alignment with LGI’s omnichannel marketing strategy and target CPL goals. Campaign efforts include text ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube, and other digital channels. This role also utilizes analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant platforms to evaluate performance, optimize results, and drive higher-intent users to online conversion events.
The Paid Search Marketing Specialist is responsible for the performance of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, and YouTube for LGI Homes and its affiliated brands.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of paid search marketing experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics are required.
The Paid Search Marketing Specialist must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
