As the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Marketing Specialist for USA&C (USA and Canada), you will directly support the Innovation Manager and the Brand Management team in bringing to life the innovation and marketing strategy for the RTD portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will be to execute the innovation plan, develop the launch communication plan, and collaborate with the brand management team to execute the field marketing plans. You will be part of a team that plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Brown‑Forman’s RTD portfolio.
Responsibilities
New Product Development Support: Collaborate with the Innovation Manager and cross‑functional teams (such as R&D, Packaging, and Regulatory) to deliver product and packaging renovations within the needed timeline.
Commercialization of Innovation: Develop and execute field sales tools and a launch plan that clearly communicates the key information and consumer benefits of the new innovation brands.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing internal and external data sources to continuously monitor business trends and brand health.
Agency Management: Participate in the creative and trade marketing development process by helping to create consumer communication, while tracking platform metrics.
Consumer Research: Participate in the market research & analytics to identify new consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
Project Management: Build processes to drive efficiency to ensure checks & balances are implemented within the fast‑moving innovation environment.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure brand initiatives are aligned and executed properly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of marketing, new product development, and/or brand‑building.
Spirits/Beverage/CPG industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A proven ability to leverage data analytics and research tools to inform decision‑making.
Expertise in project management, including budget management, timelines, and cross‑departmental coordination.
Working Arrangement
In‑office at the Brown‑Forman Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Headquarters Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
