SUMMARY

This position is an in-office position and is classified as a non-exempt (hourly) employee and will report to the Marketing Manager.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist who fits our collaborative company culture and can help scale our digital communication strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our email ecosystem for the Clear Touch, Clear Digital, and Next Hub brands. You will move beyond manual “blasts” to build a sophisticated automation engine that supports the entire customer lifecycle—from the moment a lead is captured to long-term product adoption. Utilizing Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud as your primary engine, you will ensure that our messaging is delivered to the right person at the perfect moment.

You will be overseeing the following essential responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated email workflows in Salesforce to support product launches, software updates, and lead nurturing.
  • Design and develop email journeys for our eCommerce efforts
  • Develop and maintain high-performing email templates that align with company brand standards and ensure a cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Execute A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and CTAs, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing Specialist and Multimedia Designers to source high-quality assets and copy for campaign-specific communications.
  • Utilize Jira to manage your production pipeline, ensuring all email deployments meet strict deadlines and strategic priorities.
  • Assist in the strategic planning of content for our “Sho” Content Management System, aligning email messaging with our internal and external digital signage displays.
  • Report on campaign performance, list health, and conversion metrics to the Lead Marketing Specialist.

Requirements:

You will catch our attention and be our preferred candidate if you have the following:

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or other related fields OR 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CRM segmentation and HTML/CSS for email.
  • A strong portfolio of email campaigns and supporting graphics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and trends in the interactive industry.
