Partnerships Marketing Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
The Partnerships Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of strategic corporate partnerships that drive brand visibility and business growth. This role acts as a key liaison between the company, external corporate partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of co-marketing initiatives.
This position is responsible for managing day-to-day partnership activities, including coordinating campaigns, events, and co-branded marketing efforts. The specialist ensures that all required deliverables are completed accurately and on time while helping maximize the value of partner relationships. Additionally, this role compiles and analyzes data, prepares presentations and reports, and maintains clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, with strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Development and ongoing maintenance of partnerships process documentation, status reporting and marketing briefs.
Daily oversight of our new partner intake process, including data entry, summary reporting, and socialization of opportunities.
Helps coordinate deliverables associated with Bass Pro Shops brand partnerships by ensuring timely completion of commitments made through partnership agreements, as assigned.
Assists in the execution of the annual marketing plans and Bass Pro Shops integration opportunities with each corporate partner, to ensure growth goals and renewals
Coordinates the development and production of marketing assets with cross functional partners such as video, creative, social media and others to ensure partner objectives are implemented successfully
Helps execute the annual plans for all aspects of the selling process related to Bass Pro Shops proprietary properties (merchandise, marketing and media partners)
Partner with Finance, Merchandising, Digital, Retail Operations, and Creative teams to support the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product updates.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless product launches, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements.
Maintain documentation, reporting procedures, and marketing files to support clear communication and operational efficiency.
Monitor budget allocations for campaigns and projects, providing status reports and supporting financial accuracy.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: Associate Degree in Marketing
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Certificate(s) or License(s):
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY: Merchandising and Marketing experience
Enthusiasm for the Outdoors
Strong communications (both verbal and written) skills required
Must be a self-starter who takes responsibility and ownership of projects
Strong organizational and time management skills are required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 0-20%
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly performs computer work and sits.
Occasionally walks and stands.
Seldom/never lifts up to 50lbs.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT : Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
