This is an execution-focused role, reporting to the Head of Marketing who owns overall strategic planning, Product Marketing, Public Relations and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing on a daily basis, with clear direction and strong collaboration, but your core responsibility is owning and delivering on the day-to-day marketing workload. As our Marketing Specialist, You Will:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for day-to-day execution across a wide range of marketing functions, including:

General Marketing Support

Coordinate and execute a broad range of marketing activities including event logistics, webinar management, partner and customer marketing, PR support, and ad hoc projects as directed.

Manage shared marketing assets, templates, and documentation to keep the team operating efficiently.

AI-First Execution & Process Engineering

In cooperation with the Head of Marketing, you will design, build, document and use AI-powered marketing workflows, prompt libraries, and process automation that increase output quality and reduce manual effort across the team.

Stay current on emerging AI tools, agents, and MCP-based integrations, proactively bringing recommendations and solutions to the team.

Content Marketing & Copywriting

Develop high-quality copy across all channels and formats — using AI as a foundation, with rigorous human review to ensure content is on-brand and never reads as AI-generated.

Build and maintain structured content systems including prompt frameworks, tone guides, and briefing templates to support consistent, scalable content production.

LinkedIn Marketing

Manage and grow Thynk’s LinkedIn presence through consistent posting, engagement, AI-assisted content calendars, and executive personal branding support.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Manage HubSpot workflows, lifecycle email campaigns, and contribute to website management, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimization.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

Produce on-brand visual content across formats — social graphics, presentation materials, and marketing collateral — using Canva and AI-powered design tools.

Video Content Creation

Produce short-form AI-generated video content for social and campaigns, and support the development of product explainers, event recaps, thought leadership clips, and executive interview series.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and core KPIs monthly, using AI-assisted analysis to surface insights and optimization opportunities across all channels.

Product Marketing & GTM Support

Support the development of product marketing messaging, competitive intelligence, and content and assist in executing GTM launches in close collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

About You

2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role

Native or highly experienced English speaker (minimum CECRL C1 level) with experience working in an English-only marketing role, with exceptional writing skills and a sharp eye for detail

Demonstrated, professional-level AI experience

Strong track record of executing marketing projects independently, reliably, and to a high standard

Experience working remotely and comfortable working within EU time zones

Bonus points if you have

Background in or knowledge of the hospitality, meetings & events, or venue management industries

Experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimization

Experience with KPI tracking, attribution modeling, or deep performance reporting

Graphic design capabilities beyond Canva (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Familiarity with Salesforce
