Responsibilities

Act as a concierge to potential homebuyers. Continually hone sales skills to communicate our brand story and connect customers to homebuilder partners by helping people find the right “fit” for their home. This is not a commissioned sales job, and holding a current real estate license is discouraged.
Assist the sales and marketing team by gathering, analyzing and reporting data using MS Office, Google Docs, and various software programs.
Manage Daybreak reports – Coordinate with builder partners, development teams, and 3rd party groups to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of home sales and related activities such as traffic, inventory, pricing, builder incentive programs, product performance, etc.
Manage the Daybreak website – Work closely with the developer’s marketing team to ensure the community website accurately reflects current information, including builder offerings, floor plans, pricing, and other relevant community updates. Assist with community directionals/placemaking/builder signage.
Manage the Daybreak social media – Create and post content for Instagram and Facebook.
Ensure smooth operation of information centers – Provide a positive, professional atmosphere. Work with management and fellow team members to establish and execute processes that manage everything from building maintenance to customer relations to running errands inside or outside the community. Staffing the information center independently.
Participate in planning and execution of events – Work occasional hours outside normal schedule to support community events that drive awareness for new homes. Requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Flexible scheduling – Work morning/evening/weekend/holiday hours when needed. Required to work Tuesday‑Saturday. The Daybreak Information Center operates Monday‑Saturday, 10 AM‑6 PM.
On‑site community representative – Observe and report to the development team any actions needed to maintain community standards, including landscaping, construction site cleanliness, signage repairs, and other elements that affect appearance and functionality.

Qualifications
Degree in marketing, public relations or business management, preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Physical Requirements
Primarily an in‑office position with some infrequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs.
Ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 40 lbs. independently.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting.
Perform other duties as required.
