Responsibilities
Plan and execute client events, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and promotions from start to finish, including regular local travel to event sites
Manage marketingevent supplies,noveltiesand tradeshowinventory
Coordinate local sporting event attendance and client entertainment
Support branch-wide marketing initiatives as needed
Take onadditionalresponsibilities as the role evolves
Qualifications
2 years minimum experience in event coordination and marketinga plus.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
