Join Triton Benefits & HR Solutions – We Are A Top 50 Health Insurance Brokerage Firm!<br><br>Telemarketing Specialist Job Description:<br><br>The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads via outbound calls. <br><br>- This role plays a critical part in boosting sales and expanding our customer base. Our candidate will be working 3 days a week, taking charge in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching our products or services effectively. <br><br>- This is an on-site position located at our Delray, Florida Office.<br><br>- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.<br><br>- Achieve specific call and sales targets.Follow up on leads and ensure they are converted into sales.<br><br>- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.<br><br>Qualifications Criteria:<br><br>High school diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.<br><br>Proven 1-2 years experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role and focus on lead generation.<br><br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.<br><br>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.<br><br>Skills:<br><br>- Cold CallingLead GenerationCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)Sales PitchingData <br><br>EntryTime ManagementMS Office<br><br>Health Insurance Experience is a plus (not mandatory)Salesforce.com Experience is a plus (not mandatory)<br><br>We look forward to hearing from passionate and sales oriented candidates
