We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate is strategic and passionate about building brand awareness, experience in outdoor marketing strategy for bandits, signs, stickers , and driving growth across Tampa Florida.

The Local Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic/leads, and build strategic partnerships within the Tampa community. This role requires a mix of creativity, organization, and data-driven decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
  • Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts
  • Manage local social media campaigns and geo-targeted advertising
  • Track campaign performance and provide monthly analytics reports
  • Conduct local market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with license (local or field marketing experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Experience with paid ads (Google, Meta, or local media buys)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities
