LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a retail organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Translate go‑to‑market strategies into measurable programs, ensuring campaigns and activations are executed on time and with precision.

Manage and submit creative briefs for daily communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, in‑store screens, website banners, video, and customer‑facing POS screens.

Review and approve all creative within the creative iterative process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.

Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com or related software.

Experience writing creative briefs with the intention of translating business objectives into creative assets.

Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.

Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners.

Experience

2+ years of working experience in marketing and/or marketing space

Employment Type: 3-4 month contract

Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
