The Opportunity

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who brings proven execution capability, commercial instincts, and a genuine passion for content that converts. This is not a brand‑awareness role. This position is directly tied to revenue-generation goals embedded in our go‑to‑market strategy and is responsible for creating and distributing content using approved marketing channels to support Customer Lifecycle, drive a qualified pipeline, and accelerate customer engagement across every stage of the buyer journey.

You will work from an established GTM playbook, executing with precision and consistency. While strategy is set at the leadership level, your experience and field-level perspective are valued — we expect you to bring informed input to the table and contribute to the continuous refinement of our approach.

Core Responsibilities

Content Execution & Campaign Management

Execute all content marketing activities in alignment with the company's internal go-to-market strategy playbook, ensuring consistency, cadence, and quality across every channel

Develop and publish compelling B2B content across formats — long‑form, short‑form, email, social media, case studies, one‑pagers, video, and technical explainers

Distribute content using AirPro’s marketing channels such as email, website, direct mail, social media (organic and paid), paid digital ads, traditional media, etc.

Own and manage AirPro’s official social media channels and the organic content execution calendar to drive engagement with the customer at all stages of their journey with AirPro

Manage and maintain a disciplined calendar with clear ownership of deadlines and deliverables

Customer Marketing

Own content execution across all stages of customers’ lives with AirPro as defined in the GTM playbook, ensuring customers are fully informed and engaged with AirPro’s initiatives, and the internal sales teams are equipped with the right content at every stage of the funnel to cross‑sell, upsell, or retain customers

Develop high‑impact sales enablement materials, including outreach sequences, objection‑handling content, and follow‑up assets

Partner closely with inside sales to maintain content relevance, message alignment, and conversion performance

Trigger Marketing & Marketing Automation

Design, build, and manage trigger‑based marketing campaigns, including behavioral triggers, lifecycle campaigns, event‑driven sequences, and re‑engagement programs

Ensure trigger logic, segmentation, and messaging are precisely aligned with buyer intent signals and pipeline stage

Continuously monitor trigger campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities and surfacing insights to leadership

Data, Analytics & Accountability

Track, report, and own content performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and sales cycle impact

Operate with a test‑and‑learn mindset — propose, execute, measure, and iterate

Provide regular performance reporting to leadership with clear, data‑backed commentary on what is working, what is not, and recommended next steps

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Serve as a collaborative partner to sales, product, and leadership teams — actively contributing content insights and execution learnings that inform strategic decisions

Participate in GTM planning discussions with a practitioner’s perspective, offering informed input rooted in execution experience

Maintain strong working relationships across departments to ensure content efforts are coordinated and commercially aligned

What You Bring

Experience

Hands‑on experience with the marketing automation platform HubSpot required, including trigger/lifecycle campaign execution

Experience using organic social media to engage with customers is required. Organic social media management and experience creating internal workflows to manage reactions and responses are strongly preferred

3–5 years of content marketing experience in a B2B environment. Automotive, automotive technology, SaaS, or technical services industries preferred

Demonstrated experience executing inside sales content motions and supporting revenue‑generating teams

Proven track record of producing content that drives measurable pipeline and sales outcomes — not just impressions

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate technical subject matter into clear, compelling content for a professional B2B audience

Strong analytical capability — comfortable in dashboards, fluent in performance data, and disciplined about using metrics to drive decisions

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines

Self‑directed with strong execution instincts — you know how to run a play, run it well

Collaborative by nature — you share what you know, ask smart questions, and make the team stronger

Mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ADAS systems, automotive diagnostics, or calibration services

Experience working within a defined GTM framework or revenue playbook

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and their integration with content workflows

Full ownership of content execution across all active GTM channels with zero dropped balls

Trigger campaigns are live, optimized, and contributing measurable lift to pipeline velocity

Inside sales team reports stronger content support and higher‑quality outreach materials

A clear, data‑backed performance narrative delivered to leadership each month
