Due to the continued growth of our business, BODEN, an award-winning, independent communications powerhouse, is seeking a Creator Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Creator Marketing Specialists play a critical role in bringing culturally fluent campaigns to life across creator ecosystems. This role supports the execution of integrated programs that connect brands to the moments shaping sports, music, entertainment, and the evolving media landscape. In addition to campaign execution, this role contributes to creative ideation, talent sourcing, and performance analysis, helping drive impact across high-profile accounts, including campaigns that feature both creators and celebrity talent.

What You’ll Lead Support the execution of creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Identify and source creators aligned with brand objectives, cultural moments, and audience insights

Manage day-to-day campaign logistics, including timelines, approvals, contracts, and deliverables

Collaborate with PR and creative teams to ensure seamless, integrated execution

Contribute to the development of creator-led ideas that amplify earned moments and cultural relevance

Track campaign performance and support reporting across key metrics and KPIs

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who lives in culture and understands how creators shape it.

Ideal candidates are deeply immersed in social platforms, creator ecosystems, and emerging trends, with a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Key qualities include

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Knowledge of creator landscape, trends, and platform behaviors

Ability to identify talent aligned with brand voice and cultural moments

Strong organizational and project management skills

Attention to detail across multiple workstreams

Strong communication skills across internal teams, creators, and clients

Passion for sports, music, entertainment, and culture

Key Responsibilities Support the execution and management of creator campaigns from briefing through reporting

Identify, vet, and outreach to creators aligned with campaign objectives

Manage campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth execution

Oversee content approvals and deliverables to ensure alignment with brand and platform best practices

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, contributing to reporting and recap development

Stay ahead of emerging creators, platform updates, and cultural trends

Support the development of creator lists, casting recommendations, and campaign ideas

Collaborate cross-functionally to bring integrated campaigns to life

Requirements 2–3 years of experience in creator marketing is a must

Deep understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Bonus Points If You Have experience with influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr)

Understand performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

Have supported paid and organic creator campaigns

Are bilingual (especially Spanish)
