In this role, you will bring campaigns to life across digital platforms, elevate our brand presence, and support our network of agents with innovative marketing solutions that drive real results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

Content Creation & Campaign Execution (Web, Social, Email) – 30%

Create, schedule, and manage digital content and campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.

Agent & Internal Marketing Support – 25%

Collaborate with agents and internal teams on marketing needs, requests, and initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Reporting – 15%

Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Project Coordination and Administrative – 15%

Manage marketing projects, schedules, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution.

Website Updates & Content Maintenance – 10%

Update property pages, blog posts, and core website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Experience

2-5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media and digital marketing, real estate marketing a plus!

Experience creating content and managing Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and web content.

Real Estate industry background and/or knowledge preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

A passion for digital marketing, creativity, and innovation.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Full working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.

Current knowledge of industry trends in website, social media, mobile and customer relationship management products.

Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics and social media platforms.

Working knowledge of website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and App content and functionality.

Excellent writing, grammar and visual storytelling skills.

Wage: $25.00 – $34.68 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
