The Opportunity

This position is full-time, on-site based in Omaha, Nebraska.

RD Industries is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive product visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital channels. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical marketer who enjoys managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and translating technical products into clear, compelling digital content within a B2B manufacturing environment.

You'll work closely with our Graphic Artist and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals, product strategy, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aligned with sales and growth objectives

Manage paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and performance analysis

Monitor ROI, performance metrics, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Website & Content Management Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, SEO performance, and technical precision

Collaborate with the Graphic Artist on landing pages, digital brochures, and other campaign assets

Support creation of blogs, case studies, product highlights, and educational content

Ensure digital messaging clearly communicates product benefits and technical specifications

Social Media & Brand Presence Create, schedule, and manage social media content across relevant platforms

Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies to increase reach and visibility

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and messaging across digital channels

Analytics & Reporting Track website traffic, conversions, and digital engagement using Google Analytics and ad platforms

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations

Support sales efforts by identifying trends and digital lead activity

Collaboration Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations on product launches, promotions, and technical updates

Support trade show marketing initiatives and post-event digital follow-up

Qualifications

Required

2-4 years of digital marketing experience

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing

Proficiency with Google Analytics and reporting tools

Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field

Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

1-3 years design experience a plus
