The Communications Group (ComGroup) is a Little Rock-based, full-service marketing and communications agency that turns complex challenges into compelling stories. From B2B and agriculture to government and beyond, we build integrated strategies that don’t just look good — they move the needle. Our team is sharp, collaborative, and always hungry to learn what’s next.
Role Overview
The Digital & Social Marketing Specialist is a core member of The Communications Group’s Digital team, responsible for the day-to-day execution of social media and digital marketing programs across agency and client accounts. This role is designed for someone who brings both creative instincts and analytical thinking, someone who can write a caption, read a performance dashboard, and flag what’s working and what isn’t, all before lunch.
Working primarily with B2B, agricultural, and government clients, the Specialist collaborates closely with the Digital & Social Marketing Manager and internal account, traffic, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed precisely, on schedule, and on-brand. This is a highly organized, self-driven role in which attention to detail and proactive communication are non-negotiable.
