Pay Range:$55,000-70,000 + BONUS

Role Description We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager who knows how to turn traffic into revenue, products into momentum, and online channels into real business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience in Shopify, Amazon, digital merchandising, SEO, email marketing, and creative execution.

This person will own the day-to-day marketing work that drives online sales performance across our website and marketplace channels. The right candidate knows how to improve visibility, increase conversion, strengthen product presentation, and execute marketing that directly impacts revenue. They understand how to make Shopify perform, how to win on Amazon, how to optimize for search, and how to keep the digital storefront sharp, effective, and conversion-focused at all times.

Primary Objective Drive eCommerce growth by improving online visibility, conversion rate, merchandising, and marketplace performance across Shopify and Amazon.

· Manage and update the Shopify site to improve product visibility, promotions, merchandising, and user experience

· Optimize product pages, category pages, collections, landing pages, and onsite messaging

· Improve conversion through stronger merchandising, promotional strategy, and customer journey improvements

· Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, featured collections, and homepage updates

Amazon Channel Management

· Manage and optimize Amazon listings and marketplace presence through Seller Central

· Improve titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and A+ content to increase visibility and conversion

· Use tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms to monitor listing quality, keyword opportunities, and performance trends

· Manage Amazon campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and content updates that drive sales performance

SEO, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design · Manage SEO, email marketing, and graphic design needs that support eCommerce growth across Shopify and Amazon

· Optimize website content for search visibility, organic traffic, and AI-driven discoverability

· Create and manage promotional emails, basic automated flows, and digital assets for website, email, and marketplace use

Reporting & Performance Analysis · Track and report on key KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, organic performance, and marketplace performance

· Analyze product, channel, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement

· Use data to guide decision-making and prioritize revenue-driving work

· Work within the Google stack, including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center, to monitor and improve performance

Qualifications 4+ years of eCommerce marketing experience

· Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, A+ content, and paid advertising

· Experience with SEO, email marketing, graphic design, and digital merchandising

· Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center

· Strong understanding of conversion optimization, promotions, and online merchandising

Preferred Qualifications · Experience in consumer products, home improvement, outdoor products, turf, flooring, or other product-driven categories

· Experience working in an in-house marketing team

· Familiarity with performance-driven eCommerce environments focused on growth and revenue
