As a Tosi Field Marketer, you’ll be the friendly face introducing shoppers to our snacks through in-store demos and regional roadshows. You’ll engage directly with customers, sample products, and help drive sales at retailers like Costco, Sprouts, and other grocery partners.

Contract & Compensation

Contract, part-time to full-time (25–35 hrs/week)

Compensation range: $30–$35 per hour + potential sales bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

Execute in-store demos and local roadshows (within ~20 mi radius), bringing the Tosi brand to life through engaging, authentic customer interactions.

Sample products, educate customers, and confidently share our ingredient story and mission.

Build relationships with store managers and staff to maintain strong retail partnerships.

Take ownership of your demo experience: set‑up, sampling, clean‑up, and reporting.

Track sales performance and share customer feedback to help Tosi continually improve.

Represent Tosi with integrity, energy, and connection: our three core values in the field.

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing and personable: you genuinely enjoy meeting new people.

Responsible and reliable: you show up prepared and on time.

Comfortable working independently, but also a great team communicator.

Passionate about healthy living, nutrition, or natural food brands.

Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Physically, you must be able to stand for long stretches of time & carry 25–40 lb boxes of product/gear.

Willing to complete a quick food handler certification (we cover the cost).

Sales, CPG, or product demo experience is a plus (but not required, we train you!).
