Role Overview
A&H is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the implementation of marketing strategies, the coordination of marketing campaigns and tradeshows, and support brand initiatives through a mix of digital and in‑person outreach.
This role includes up to 50% travel across the US, primarily in PA, WV, and OH for industry tradeshows, events, and promotional activities. This role reports to the Marketing Manager at A&H.
This is a remote role, but must be based within 50 miles of one of our locations: Zelienople (Pittsburgh), Gahanna (Columbus), Independence (Cleveland), Somerset PA, or Harrisburg PA.

Essential Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and promotional appearances
Support the Marketing Manager in planning for all other A&H Equipment events as directed
Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials including digital content, brochures, presentations, and emails as approved by the Marketing Manager
Assist social media channels by building content and creating content schedules, driving engagement
Partner with IT team to build and maintain marketing mailing lists
Support marketing campaigns as directed by Marketing Manager
Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions and report to Marketing Manager
Assist with coordinating with external vendors, printers, and media contacts
Travel to industry events and customer-facing opportunities throughout PA, WV, & OH
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required
1+ year of experience in a marketing support or administrative role highly preferred, including internship experience
Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus
Working knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools highly preferred
Proficiency and past experience with at least one of the following tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or HubSpot required
Experience with CRM platforms including MS Dynamics and/or CDK a bonus
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing performance metrics highly preferred
Working knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
The base salary range for this position is $54,500-$62,500, depending on fitness and relevant experience.
