We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and execute across our marketing function with a strong emphasis on events and brand-building initiatives. This is a high-impact role on a lean team where you will own the coordination and execution of our conference strategy while also contributing to broader marketing efforts across digital channels, communications, and automation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both structured execution (events, logistics, coordination) and creative problem-solving (campaigns, messaging, AI-driven marketing).
Responsibilities Events Marketing
Own end-to-end coordination of conferences and industry events (pre, during, and post-event execution)
Partner closely with the Sales team to align event strategy with pipeline and revenue goals
Manage logistics including vendor coordination, booth setup, travel planning, and on-site execution
Track and report on event performance (leads, pipeline influence, ROI)
Support and help scale our external learning sessions (webinars, industry education, thought leadership events)
Continuously improve our events playbook – identifying opportunities to increase impact and efficiency
Marketing & Growth
Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, content distribution, and website updates
Assist with communications and brand messaging across channels
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to support marketing needs
Explore and implement new tools and automation (including AI) to improve marketing workflows and output
Help test and iterate on new growth initiatives
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a bias toward execution and follow-through
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven tools
Experience with events, conferences, or coordination is a strong plus
Experience in healthcare or working with medical billing organizations is a plus but not required
