Talon Hiring Solutions is partnering with a respected architectural firm in the Hoover, AL area to identify a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist . This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong graphic design skills and experience supporting brand and project storytelling within a design-driven environment.

What you will do

Develop compelling project write‑ups highlighting completed architectural projects using photography, data, and graphics

Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, posters, and promotional displays

Create original graphics and layouts for print and digital advertising

Develop building graphics packages (e.g., signage, wayfinding, marquees) for inclusion in architectural bid packages

Design logos, icons, and branded visual elements

Edit, retouch, and optimize photography for various platforms

Maintain and organize digital assets, including project content and imagery

Manage website updates and support email and social media marketing initiatives

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels

Assist with proofreading and quality control of marketing materials

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–3 years of relevant marketing and design experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction

Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
