Performance Marketing & Growth Manager Nolia Health

Help scale one of the most important growth engines in healthcare At Nolia Health, we’re building the clinical infrastructure to support the 63 million family caregivers in the U.S.—a population the healthcare system depends on, but has historically overlooked.
We’ve already built a strong foundation in paid acquisition.
Now we’re looking for someone to come in, take ownership, and make it significantly better.
This is a role for a hands‑on operator who wants to work close to revenue, own outcomes, and see the direct impact of their work on growth.
The role You will own and optimize the parts of the funnel that most directly drive growth:
Paid acquisition (Meta + Google)
Landing pages and conversion flows
Consult → billable session conversion
The immediate goal is simple
More qualified consults. Higher conversion to billable care. Better efficiency across the funnel.
This is not a strategy‑only role.
You will be in the platforms, in the data, and in the experiments every day.
What you’ll do Own and scale paid acquisition Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
Drive improvements in: Cost per consult
Consult-to-booking rate
Cost per billable session
Create new ads (basic design skills)
Test new: Creative angles
Messaging
Audiences
Offers and conversion paths
Make clear, data‑driven recommendations on budget allocation and scaling
Improve conversion across the funnel Optimize landing pages, forms, and scheduling flows
Identify drop‑off points from: Ad click → consult
Consult → booked session
Booked → billable
Run structured experiments across: Headlines and messaging
Page layouts and UX
CTAs and form design
Build a more predictable, testable acquisition system
Support growth beyond paid media Help identify and develop referral and partnership channels
Support outbound efforts with messaging and lightweight campaigns
Contribute to content and SEO initiatives tied to caregiver intent
Reinforce campaign themes across organic and social channels
Who you are You’re a builder and optimizer who likes being close to the numbers—and improving them.
You likely have: 3–7+ years in performance marketing or growth roles
Deep, hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
A track record of improving conversion rates and CAC efficiency
Strong analytical instincts—you know how to turn data into action
Comfort operating independently in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment
What makes you great You focus on real outcomes (not just leads, but revenue and conversion quality)
You use the latest and greatest technology and tools to experiment quickly
You move quickly and iterate often—you don’t wait for perfect information
You’re both creative and analytical (you can write copy and read a funnel)
You take ownership—you see problems and fix them
You care about building systems that scale, not just short‑term wins
Bonus if you have experience with Healthcare, caregiving, Medicare, or other trust‑sensitive categories
Referral marketing or partnership‑driven growth
Tools like Webflow, HubSpot, PostHog, Customer.io, or similar
Content marketing, SEO, or thought leadership amplification
What success looks like Increased volume of qualified consults
Higher consult → billable session conversion rates
Improved efficiency across: Cost per consult
Cost per billable session
Stronger‑performing landing pages and funnel flows
Clear confidence in when and how to scale paid spend
Early traction in referral and partnership‑driven growth
