Retail Marketing Manager – Premium Small Domestic Appliances

A fast-growing premium consumer electronics brand is expanding its European presence and is looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join its team in Germany.
With strong category growth and an exciting pipeline of new product launches, this is a pivotal role at a time when the business is evolving its marketing approach to become more brand-led, creative, and retail-centric.
This role offers a genuine opportunity to shape how the brand shows up in-store and online with key German retail partners such as MediaMarktSaturn (MSH), expert, Euronics, Cyberport, and others.
The Role
As Retail Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving visibility, sell-out, and brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will lead the retail marketing strategy and bring innovative ideas to life across channels.
This is an exciting moment to join the business, with new marketing concepts, campaigns, and retail activations being launched for the first time.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the retail marketing and channel strategy for the German market
Lead, mentor, and develop the local marketing team
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across retail, POS, affiliate, digital, content, social, and paid media
Manage retailer-specific marketing initiatives with key partners (MSH, expert, Euronics, Cyberport, etc.)
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
Ensure high standards of creative quality and brand consistency across all assets
Track performance using KPIs and analytics, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI
Support budget planning and management across retail marketing activities
Oversee projects end‑to‑end, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
About You
5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within retail marketing and POS
Strong background in retailer marketing, branding, content, SEO, paid media, and social
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop a marketing team
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of retail environments
Creative, proactive, and comfortable testing new ideas and approaches
Analytical, structured, and results‑driven
Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
Fluent in both German and English
