Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist with hands‑on experience in Google Ads to join a fast‑growing performance marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce growth, with the ability to manage client relationships, execute campaigns, and develop data‑driven strategies.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of e‑commerce clients, driving performance through Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns while collaborating with an experienced and high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads accounts for e‑commerce and DTC brands on a daily basis.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth and return on ad spend.
Build campaigns from scratch and continuously improve performance.
Monitor product feeds and support feed optimization initiatives.
Analyze campaign data and identify performance opportunities.
Prepare reports and present results during client meetings.
Maintain regular communication with clients through Slack, email, and meetings.
Collaborate with internal team members to improve client strategies and outcomes.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
Experience working with e‑commerce or DTC brands preferred.
Understanding of product feeds and feed optimization basics.
Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Self‑motivated with the ability to take ownership of results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with YouTube Ads.
Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
Experience using Slack, Asana, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with feed management tools such as Channable or DataFeedWatch.
Knowledge of Google Ads Scripts.
