Trade Show & Digital Marketing Coordinator
  • Middletown, CT (Hybrid)
  • Direct Hire, Full time

Are you a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns to life—both online and in-person? We’re looking for someone who can manage trade show logistics and execute targeted digital campaigns that generate real business results.
This role is ideal for someone who prefers execution over theory, understands how events and digital marketing work together, and has experience managing the moving parts behind successful trade shows.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Trade Show & Event Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and execute industry trade shows and customer events
  • Manage event logistics including materials, shipping, booth setup, and vendor coordination
  • Support on-site event execution and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including follow-up campaigns
  • Track event performance and help measure return on investment
Digital Marketing Execution
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and targeted outreach
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing platforms (data, segmentation, campaign tracking)
  • Support lead management processes including follow-ups and campaign workflows
  • Assist in coordinating content across email, website, and other marketing channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and make practical adjustments to improve results
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales and internal teams to support ongoing campaigns and events
  • Help ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with trade show or event coordination is required
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on marketing experience (campaign execution, not just strategy)
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (such as Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Detail-oriented and proactive – someone who follows through and gets things done
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience supporting B2B or technical product marketing
  • Exposure to both digital campaigns and in-person events
  • Ability to balance logistics, timelines, and marketing execution without dropping the ball
Additional Details
  • Hybrid schedule (combination of in-office and remote work)
  • Occasional travel required for trade shows and events (domestic and potentially international)
